We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed for service all items despatched using this service will generally be delivered next day but may take up to 2 days. A signature will be required on delivery. This service is trackable and it is possible to provide you with a copy of the signature of the person who signed for the item should you require it.
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for service for delivery within 5 working days (our target time is within 3 working days to Western Europe, 4 working days to Eastern Europe and 5 working days for the rest of the world).
All items are tracked until they leave the UK - and in some cases on arrival in the destination country, please contact us at sales@sandsboutique.com if you would like to find out if your order is trackable.
When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee) which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box. Please note that we cannot routinely provide a copy of this signature. If no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. In the case of loss of an item we will request proof of posting from the other postal administration but this cannot always be provided
Minimum delivery charges for UK orders are £2.37 and for overseas orders are £5.88. Maximum charges for UK orders are £4.00 and for overseas orders are £26.96. Exceptions for heavy items may be applied but you will be notified of this at the checkout when you place you order. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All items are meticulously inspected prior to dispatch.
Most orders will be dispatched the next working day after payment is received subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
